Founder & Architect
Our Founder, Architect Manish Bedarkar, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in architecture, construction, and project management. A 1999 graduate of the prestigious L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, he holds a specialization in Landscape Designing, which brings a unique aesthetic and environmental perspective to his work.
Throughout his distinguished career, Manish has collaborated with industry leaders, including AMS Consultants (Mumbai) and Space Designers Syndicate (Pune). His expertise extends beyond traditional design; he is a GRIHA Certified Evaluator and a Green Building & Environmental Consultant, reflecting his commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly development.
Currently, he is also actively associated with Concord Buildcom and Siddhesh Developers, where he lends his expertise to complex redevelopment projects. His diverse background—ranging from landscape artistry to technical environmental auditing—enables him to lead projects with a holistic and future-ready approach.
Who We Are & What We Believe
Until a few years back, the process of Redevelopment of Housing Society was primarily handled by a small group of enthusiastic residential society members and appointed developers. However, these projects faced challenges as the members had limited technical and legal expertise. Consequently, developers gained more benefits from such situations than the residential society members.
As a response to this, the governmental authorities mandated appointment of an Architect or Project Management Consultant for the redevelopment of residential societies. This also guarantees a smoother redevelopment process and ensuring maximum benifits to the residential societies.
